Despite the difficulties presented by coronavirus this year, the trustees have continued to work hard to keep The Mill project running.
This week we successfully dug and filled the first of the 17 metre long footings for The Mill. This is a hugely significant step for the project as it not only kicks off the first part of the construction programme, but it also secures our planning permission by fulfilling our obligation to start development within three years of permission being granted.
Well done to the hard work of our Construction Team – Mike Curtis Tony Freeman, and Simon Hempson Medwell – who have put in a lot of hours during these difficult times to make sure that this part of the project has now been completed.
