Community Cookbook
If you’ve ever fancied getting your favourite recipe in print, village foodie Del Robertson is putting together a community cookbook to raise funds for The Mill.
He’s looking to cover a wide range of cuisines, from the simple and traditional to the more complex and exotic. Initially, Cottingham and Middleton villagers are invited to send up to five recipes for a donation of £1 for each recipe that’s used.
